FLORIDA DEVELOPER LAUNCHES ITS OWN ESTATE AGENCY
US property developer Feltrim International has joined forces with a selection of new homebuilders and developers to offer buyers properties in 11 established and emerging markets.
Initially, Florida-based Feltrim International is concentrating on the warm and sunshine countries of Europe such as Bulgaria, Cyprus, Egypt, Florida, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Romania and Spain, and in Central America such as The Caribbean. It also has plans to expand into other areas of the world.
Chairman Garry Kenny said, “The main reason I launched this company is because of the overwhelming demand from clients and investors alike, who are looking for top quality properties, but who want to deal with a reputable company who understands their needs.
“The selection of properties shown will be tailored to meet the buyer’s criteria. We can also offer everything from mortgage advice to a full rental management and property maintenance programmes.”
Feltrim currently has 27 projects underway in the central Florida region, valued at $1billion.
