Can you cash in on Silver Coast Property?
Foreign buyers, tourists, countless holidaymakers, and second home owners are drawn to the Silver Coast’s excellent climate, comparatively low costs of living and the benefits of owning – or relaxing – in a property in a golf course: all in Portugal.
According to Eduardo Netto De Almeida, executive chairman of Westin Camporeal Golf Resort, anyone considering buying a property in Portugal should buy a property close to a golf course or near to a golf course. “There are lots of benefits if you live near a golf course,” he says. “This means that the view will not overly block by over constructed land and green space will be clearly taken care of. Therefore, foreign buyers will be rest assured that the site itself and the surrounding areas will be maintained on the highest quality standard.”
He adds: “Lisbon, on Portugal’s Silver Coast, also thrives with a cosmopolitan city draped with different ornaments: sophisticated shopping, restaurants and of course, the nightlife. This area has become a leading city destination which ultimately gave a further boost in the introduction of multiple carriers with low cost flights. Buyers should then contemplate on buying properties here on the Silver Coast, aside from the Algarve region, which has prices doubling to that of Lisbon’s.”
The Westin CampoReal resort is located only 15 minutes away from the Atlantic Coast and is located just 30 minutes north of Lisbon. The construction of the resort will be fully finished either on 2009 or 2010 and will be fully operational in the middle of 2007.
Contemporary townhouses are then available at the awesome resort. Price range from 635,000 euros for a four-bedroom premium villa to 239, 000 euros for a three-bedroom premium townhouse. All properties are fully equipped with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and a private swimming pool, terraces and gardens.
