Golf Property Options in Spain
There are many golf areas in the world, according to Golf Digest, which covers some properties such as health lands, desert, browns, executive, sands, par 3 and even snow. In summary, golf is played by 64 million people in over 184 nations.
There has been a marked increase in people flying to other countries to combine business with pleasure. And due to this marked increase, many resorts have been improving their furnishings and are being developed to accommodate these golfers.
With the influx of these tourists, the development of golf courses in Spain has increased: there are now over 60 golf courses to choose from. The most popular places to tee off are Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol.
An international and award-winning luxury resort, The Desert Springs Resort and Golf Course, located in Cuevas del Almanzora in Almeria, covers more than 300 hectares (750 acres) on a high mountain. The creation of this golf course was aided by Peter McEvoy, British Amateru Championship and English Walker Cup team captain, and the Alamnzora Bay designers. This property has 18-hole golf courses, a super luxury five star spa hotel, restaurants and shops, a four-star golf and sports hotel, apartments, town houses, cottages, country houses and villas. Available are two-bedroom apartments at a cost of 98,800 to 150,000, only from the Almanzora Group.
There are also other golf properties in Spain, such as in the foothills of the Sierra Berneja on the Costa del Sol, the Monte Mayor Golf and Country Club. This is also available for investment opportunities. The cost of this property is approximately 345,070 for a two-bedroom and two-bath. The price can also go up to 683,307 for a three-bedroom and three-bath. These properties are made available through La Perla International Living.
Investors are sure to benefit from these properties.
